"Fabiola is an amazing realtor who cares so deeply about meeting every need for her clients. She is unbelievably educated in all things real estate which makes sure she can protect your best interests with one of the most important decisions of your life. Highly recommend Fabiola for all your real estate needs."

"We were so lucky to work with Fabiola in the purchase of our current home in Alpharetta, Ga, and the whole experience was nothing short of exceptional. She instantly took the time to really listen to us and understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and the area we wanted to live in. She has the highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethics, and her knowledge of real estate rules, regulations, and market trends is unmatched. We were blown away by her organization and communication. She sent us daily email summaries that included checklists, timelines, and detailed updates on every step of the search and purchase process. She was always available by text, phone, or email, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure nothing was missed. Once, she even risked being late to her own daughter’s ballet recital because she knew that if we didn’t act quickly, we might lose our dream home. She even continued to send us updates and coordinated showings while she was on vacation. Her dedication and commitment to us was something we have never experienced before. We have gone through this process multiple times over the past 17 years with our moves, and we have never experienced this level of professionalism, dedication, and care. Fabiola paid close attention to the details that mattered most to us. At every showing, she took extensive notes on what we loved about the house and what didn’t work for us so that she could deeply understood our vision for our perfect forever home. Her negotiating skills were also outstanding, and she advocated for us every step of the way. She understood how busy we were and made all our appointments during due diligence so that we would not miss a thing. She also kept in close communication with our mortgage company to make sure we were on track by closing date. Without her, we would not have been able to find our dream house. Beyond all of this, Fabiola has become a true friend. She made the entire process not only seamless but also enjoyable. Her combination of professionalism, warmth, and personal dedication actually made the whole process fun. We cannot recommend Fabiola highly enough. She is a gem in the real estate world with her integrity, honesty, ethics, and deep knowledge, and will go above and beyond every step of the way."

"I was referred to Fabiola by my attorney, Maria Keller, with whom I’ve worked on an estate for several years. Because I have the utmost respect for Maria, it was an easy decision to reach out to Fabiola. From our very first conversation, I had a good feeling about her. Fabiola’s professionalism shined through at every step. She made thoughtful recommendations to prepare the home for sale—suggesting paint updates, a bathroom refresh, and other improvements to increase the home’s appeal. Her guidance clearly paid off: within four weeks, we received a full-price cash offer, and the closing—handled seamlessly thanks to Maria—took place just three weeks later. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. With so many real estate professionals to choose from, I hope this recommendation saves you some time in your search"

"We’re astonished how fast our home sold! Fabiola is a rockstar. Even with our doubts we followed her lead and placed our home for sale over Easter weekend. WOW ... We received over 10 offers plus over asking price. Unbelievable! We quickly accepted an offer. Before the sale, Fabiola gave us directions and advise on what we should update in our home and what could stay as-is. (Great contractor recommendation as well) She constantly stayed in touch with gentle nudges on keeping up with paperwork and preparing the home for listing. Johns Creek is highly sought after for the amazing school system. Fabiola knows the market! We’re incredibly thankful for her enthusiasm, expertise and extra cash we weren’t expecting for down payment towards our next home. Thank-YOU Fabiola!"

"“Fabiola has been the most wonderful realtor for my husband and I. She listened to all of our criteria requirements regarding location, size, type of home, and price range. And it was not easy in this market! When something hit the market she made sure she got us in to see the home immediately. She fights for you. If you want to feel like a priority then Fabiola is your realtor. We found an amazing home with her help, and she simultaneously sold our current home too. As an added bonus Fabiola is simply an amazing person, who gives back to her community. It was a genuine pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend choosing Fabiola for any of your real estate needs!”"

"Fabiola was fabulous to work with!!! She made the process easy and walked us through every step. If you need a realtor, Fabiola is your girl!!!!"

"Fabiola is an absolute God-send!!! And I don’t use that term lightly! She was such a friendly breath of fresh-air in this stuffy economy! We had questions and she had answers. If she didn’t, she FOUND the answers! She took such a personal interest in getting to know us individually & as a couple & helping us find our DREAM HOME. Not just “a” home. She was available, honest, informative & friendly! Realtors are everywhere these days, and we all could probably say we have a few in our close friends circle. Well, I’m glad to say, I’ve ADDED her to my close friend circle. I truly believe she is a blessing sent from God Himself, to help us navigate the stressful home-buying process. You won’t regret choosing her as your realtor. You’ll be glad you did!"

"Fabiola is a blessing! I had complete trust in her throughout our whole selling and buying journey! She is on top of everything and was out strongest advocate. It was a pleasure to do business with her and also gain a new friend."

"Fabiola made our experience as first time home buyers as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She has great connections that helped us move at warp speed once we found the right house which was a real asset in a tough market. She was seriously on top of stuff right from the start and was always in our corner negotiating. You won’t find a better realtor!"
